Legal Aid Client Stories

Has your organization assisted anyone that has recently utilized legal aid services to secure the benefits entitled to them under the law? Whether you contribute through a legal aid organization or donate your time through pro bono work, we would love to hear your story!

The Campaign for Justice is looking for IOLTA-funded legal aid stories that bring a human face to the critical need for legal aid in our communities. Although the number of poignant stories is endless, we are featuring stories that are diverse in legal topic, client background, location, and source. To submit your story for consideration, please email your client's story and corresponding photo to

In order to feature the story on our website, however, we also need signed State Bar release forms from the client and the photographer to use their real names and images with the published story.
